The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to support multi-component, multi-disciplinary projects that address scientific questions relevant to AIDS prophylactic vaccine discovery research.

Extensive evaluation of vaccine concepts in non-human primate models may be included.
