The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor announces its "Annual Workshop for Potential Grant Applicants"

You’re Invited to Attend the Annual Workshop for Potential Grant Applicants Hosted by Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor Office of Global Programs U. S. Department of State Friday, October 26, 2018 The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor’s Office of Global Programs (DRL/GP)


is hosting a workshop for potential grant applicants and existing grantees to provide information and answer questions about the DRL grants process.

Organizations interested in applying for DRL funding are encouraged to attend.

For those who cannot attend, live sessions will be streamed on DRL’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/StateDRL/) and video clips will be posted on the DRL website (http://www.state.gov/j/drl/p/index.htm) shortly after the workshop.

The workshop will include discussions on the application process in addition to DRL policy issues that guide programming.

Participants will have the opportunity to hear from a variety of offices in DRL and speak with regional and thematic GP Program Officers.

A formal agenda will be sent the week of the workshop to those who have RSVP’d.

A government issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) will be required for admittance.

The deadline to submit your attendance information is September 7, 201 8. Due to the security requirements, we ask that guests plan to arrive at the 21st Street entrance of the State Department (between C Street and Virginia Avenue, NW) no later than 8:45 a.m.

However, please do not attempt to enter the building before 8:30 a.m.
