The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to seek applications for an Evaluation and Coordinating Center to support the AHRQ and PCORI Learning Health System Embedded Scientist Training and Research Centers (P30) (LHS E-STaR) funded under RFA-HS-23-00 1. The goals of the Evaluation

and Coordinating Center are to facilitate coordination of activities among and between recipients; facilitate dissemination, implementation, and uptake of LHS E-STaR outputs to ensure broad public use for health system improvement; and conduct a multi-year mixed-method formative and summative evaluation of the LHS E-STaR Centers.
