FY22 and FY23 Distressed Cities Technical Assistance (DCTA) Program

Through this NOFO, HUD is announcing the availability of at least one award for the $5 million in FY 2022 funding and one award of up to $5 million in FY 2023 funding to provide technical assistance (TA) to units of general local government (UGLGs) and their non-profit partners serving communities experiencing
