Economic Analysis for a Dedicated California Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Rapid Response Fund

Funding is available through the USFWS, Stockton Fish and Wildlife Office AIS Program and CALFED Non-native Invasive Species Program to conduct an economic analysis for a dedicated California AIS rapid response fund.

Applicants must identify a scope of work in their proposal that will satisfy


the identified project purposes and funding priorities.

Project deliverables will include:
A Draft and Final Economic Analysis Report for a California AIS Rapid Response Fund that includes detailed information on the analysis, cost estimates, funding sources, administrative scenarios for the rapid response fund, other pertinent information, and a summary and determination.

Eligible applicants should possess demonstrated experience and qualifications in the fields of economics and/or public administration to conduct an economic analysis to provide narrative and quantitative information on the costs, potential funding sources and administration scenarios for the establishment, administration and implementation of a dedicated California AIS rapid response fund.
