AFRL RD/RV University Cooperative Agreement

This is a 5 year, open BAA.

The AFRL Directed Energy Directorate (RD) and Space Vehicles Directorate (RV) are interested in receiving proposals under this announcement in order to establish university Cooperative Agreements (CA) to provide funds to students/professors in a timely manner for the


purpose of engaging U.S./U. S. territories’ colleges and universities in directed energy and space vehicles-related basic, applied, and advanced research projects that are of interest to the Department of Defense (DoD).

The scope of the research will include the entire spectrum of RD and RV technology that is applicable to the Air Force, including all peripherally-related RD and RV research.
