PPHF 2015 - Immunization - Utilization of Immunization Information Systems (IIS) for Assessment, Feedback,
The purpose of this FOA is to assist current, eligible immunization awardees by transitioning the Assessment, Feedback, Incentives, and eXchange (AFIX) assessment functionality to Immunization Information Systems (IIS) to serve as a single reference source to ensure consistent reporting of coverage
