Clean Diesel Funding Assistance Program for the Blue Skyways Geographic Area
This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits proposals for diesel emissions reductions projects to be funded jointly by EPA Regions 6 and 7, and carried out in theten-state geographic area encompassed by the Blue Skyways Collaborative, which includes the states of Arkansas, Louisiana,
New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Minnesota.
