to cover gaps in species data, improvement of models (if needed), and necessary environmental coverages; 3) Assessment tool build, parameterization, and testing.

Multiple iterations will be performed to ensure initial parameterization choices and data inclusion produce intuitive results.

These preliminary model runs will be passed among project personnel and collaborators for comment and approval; 4) Final model build; and 5) A final report will be provided to project partners, and necessary presentations and webinars will be provided to disseminate and discuss results.

Partner and stakeholder feedback will be documented to provide a roadmap for assessment augmentation.

This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source Cooperative Agreement to the Western Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (WAFWA) for the purpose of conducting a conservation assessment of the U. S. Rio Grande Valley to determine areas appropriate for the efficient implementation of habitat-related projects and identify priority watersheds to improve ecological condition, restore natural processes, and prevent the decline of intact and healthy systems.
