This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management?s intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition.

The joint efforts between the NDEP and the BLM produce a


program for the people of the State of Nevada which provides the opportunity for forest, rangeland, and crop residue burning while minimizing air quality impacts.
