10 Affordable Housing Developments Receive Competitive State Grants and Loans

Last Thursday, Governor Dannel P. Malloy announced that ten affordable housing developments will receive the first round of competitive state grants and loans.


The grants are aprt of the 10-year, $500 million effort to foster workforce affordable housing throughout the state that was previously approved by the General Assembly. The grants were designed to finance the projects.
