American Lung Association Receives State Grant for Radon Awareness

The American Lung Association in Pennsylvania recently accepts a $100,000 from the Department of Environmental Protection. The award is to give credit to the Association for raising radon awareness.


The grant will go towards public symposium and outreach in various counties that have increasing radon-related incidents. It will also be used for areas that have low rate of radon testing.
