Boston's Department of Transportation Awards $600,000 State Grant

Boston's Department of Transportation awards a $600,000 state grant to the Metro West Regional Transit Authority. The grant is actually part of the state program that aims for the development of job access and the reverse commute for people living in Boston but work in municipalities outside the city's MTBA system.


The grant money will be used to expand connect the MTBA system to Worcester's public transportation web.
