Century City Gets $1 Million State Grant for Development

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker announced a $1 million state grant to fund the development of the Century City property in Milwaukee.


The state grant is one of the many partnerships required to redevelop the Century City site. The property is part of the former A.O. Smith and Tower Automotive complex west of Hopkins Street between Capitol Drive and West Townsend Street on Milwaukee’s north side.
