Charles City Brothers Win More Than $2 Million Grants

Three brothers from Charles City in Iowa have received $2.94 million grant to help revitalize the downtown area of the city.


The grant will support the proposed construction of a 50,000-square-foot building of retail shops and apartments located downtown. The Thomson brothers will lead the development project called "McQuillen Place."
