City of Anna Loses Out on State Funding

The City of Anna loses its chance for a grant approval regarding its efforts to fund a street improvement project.


Steve Guined, city administrator, disappointingly claimed that Anna submitted a "very good application". The city had requested grant funds through the Illinois Department of Transportation’s Main Street Improvement Program.
