Community Development Block Grant Awards $850K

Salisbury was awarded a major state grant for five consecutive years amounting to $850K. The money is from the Community Development Block Grant which is composed of federal funds given by the state Department of Housing and Community Development. Salisbury was among the 46 communities awarded with grants totaling $2.6M.


The Grant money will be used for housing, roadway, sidewalk, drainage, water and sewer improvements. It will also be used to support service agencies town.
