Department of Transportation Gives Grants to Evanston City for West Trail Restoration

The grant will be used for fixing the trail at 17-acre park Ladd Arboretum, near west Evanston. The path is currently in bad shape due to poor drainage conditions. Students, cyclists and pedestrians frequently use the path for recreational purposes.
