Heroes Grove Project to Get $200,000 State Grant
Agency - Department of Conservation and Natural ResourcesThe Heroes Grove project of Dauphin County will be presented a $200,000 state grant during a project committee meeting at the Lower Paxton Township municipal building.
The grant will be used to equip the Heroes Grove site in Brightbill Park. Work will include "stormwater management control measures, a pedestrian walkway and parking, landscaping, signage and other site related improvements. Heroes Grove will feature an amphitheater for ceremonies, educational seminars, festivals and concerts."
