Intrinsiq Receives $887,000 State Grant to Develop Copper Ink

Agency - New York State Energy Research and Development Authority

Intrinsiq Materials, a leading a nano-technology company, seeks ways to develop a more environmentally-friendly and relatively inexpensive electronic ink at room temperature.


A state grant amounting to $887,000 has been awarded to the company to develop a way to use copper ink instead. Instead of the more expensive silver, copper costs are trimmer priced at $3.25 per pound.
