Kelso Housing Authority Receives $90,000 State Grant

The Cowlitz County Commissioners awarded a $90,000 state grant to Kelso Housing Authority apartments for mentally ill clients that will allow them to get a new roof and hot water heaters.


The grant will benefit the housing authority's Columbia Apartment on North Pacific Avenue where some improvements to the late building will take place.
