MERDI Seeks State Grant for Infrastructure Upgrades

The Montana Economic Revitalization and Development Institute (MERDI) seeks a Community Development Block Grant to help improve its telecommunications infrastructure in the city of Butte.


The grant money, if given the nod, will go towards the improvement of MERDI’s data center. Jim Kambich, the president of MERDI, tells the public that MERDI is working on a series of network upgrades that will make the data center run more efficiently.
