Nassau County Police Department Receives State Grant

Nassau County Police Department received $915,000 statte grant to help with their High Occupancy Vehicle lane patrols on the Long Island Expressway.


According to Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano, they have dealt with motorists who blatantly disregand the law by entering and exiting HOV lanes in unsafe places.
