National Pipe & Plastics Acquires $400,000 State Grant

Agency - Empire State Development

National Pipe & Plastics, a leading polyvinyl chloride (PVC) producer in the nation, secures a $400,000 grant to help with its relocation plans from Vestal to a larger facility in Endicott.


The grant is part of the $26.2 million package of funding for economic development projects throughout New York. New York State's chief economic development agency, Empire State Development, awarded the funding.
