New Canaan Benefits from $215,000 State Grant

New Canaan will be awarded a $215,000 state grant for ongoing infrastructure projects in order to attract business and promote economic development in downtown areas of small towns.


New Canaan has shared a portion of the grant amounting to $4,973,865 from the Main Street Investment Fund with 13 other municipalities in the state. New Canaan's infrastructure projects will be focusing more on aesthetics.
