Oklahoma Receives State Grant to Supply Weather Radios for Schools

The State of Oklahoma obtained a state grant to enable school campuses and various other public places get weather radios.


The weather radios aim to provide more communication for Southwest Oklahoma. Each radio costs about $119, which is about $12,495 to buy every weather radio awarded to the county.
