Preston Lands $300,000 State Grant For Home Improvement

The Preston Township receives a $300,000 state grant to create zero-interest loans for home improvement.


The home improvement project targets low- and moderate-income individuals and families. The loans are not billed until the change of title. The funds come from the state Department of Economic and Community Development.
