SUNY Cortland Gains over $360,000 State Grant for High-Need Scientific Areas

SUNY Cortland has recently received a $368,289 state grant, a portion of $12 million in SUNY High Needs Program awards, to help prepare college students for sustainable energy technology and kinesiology programs.


The grant will enable SUNY Cortland to recruit an associate professor in kinesiology to develop and train clinical coursework to students and also hire an assistant professor of experimental physics in renewable energy.
