Two State Grant Programs Available to Manahawkin Homeowners Post-Superstorm Sandy

The Homeowner Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation and Mitigation Program offers up to $150,000 for repair and reconstruction of damaged houses. Meanwhile, the Homeowner Resettlement Program awards $10,000 grants to eligible homeowners whose residences were affected by the storm. Most of the funds of these two programs will go to low- and moderate-income residents.
