WL Police Programs Get a Boost from $10,000 State Grant

The Windsor Locks Police Department receives a $10,000 in state grants to strengthen its enforcement patrols of underage alcohol-related offenses.


The Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services funded for the addition of patrols. The funds came through a substance-abuse treatment and prevention facility, the Windsor Locks Wellness Coalition and New Directions Inc.
