Zanesville Looks Into State Grant Extension to Increase Demolition

Zanesville has previously acquired a Moving Ohio Forward funding, but the city already used it all up. However, the city looks into a state grant extension that could continue in razing over blighted homes in Muskingum County.


The city has more than 70 homes that warrant demolition. City officials are hoping another funding program, with details to be rolled out next year, could help add to the demolition extension.
