Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects to strengthen the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms online through a focus on responses to digital security


threats.

Competitive proposals will develop and implement programs to improve remedy and accountability for the repressive misuse of spyware in Europe and Eurasia.
