Population Genomic Screening in Primary Care Coordinating Center(U01 -Clinical Trials Optional)

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) solicits applications for a Coordinating Center to participate in forming a network of population screening in primary care to identify and improve approaches for clinical implementation of genomic screening in primary care.

This NOFO runs in parallel


with companion NOFOs that invite applications for the Clinical Groups (RFA-HG-24-021) and the Sequencing Center (RFA-HG-24-023).
