Additional Information of Eligibility:Eligibility is limited to non-profit/nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) subject to section 501 (c) (3) of the U. S. tax code, social enterprises and startup support organizations or comparable foreign organizations, foreign non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and public international organizations.
In order to apply for an award, all organizations must first: be registered in SAM.gov (formerly Central Contractor Registry); maintain an active registration with current information in SAM.gov; and obtain a Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number, a 9-digit identifier.
