Nutrition Rapid Response Capacity in Ethiopia

USAID/OFDA?s mandate is to save lives, alleviate human suffering, and reduce the economic impact of disasters worldwide.

In order to achieve this goal, USAID/DCHA/OFDA?s strategy for Ethiopia in FY 2008 will be to meet critical needs of populations affected by the ongoing complex food insecurity


crisis and increase household level resilience to climatic, economic, and health shocks resulting in humanitarian crises.
