BOEM FY 2019 Manasota Key Remote Sensing and Site Investigation

The Office of Renewable Energy Programs of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is offering a cooperative agreement opportunity to the Florida Bureau of Archaeological Research, Florida Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.

No other applications are requested at this time.

This


cooperative agreement will (1) assist the State of Florida with the documentation and recovery of these human remains and archaeological materials for repatriation by the State, and (2) conduct an extensive remote sensing data collection study that will determine best practices for identifying geophysical signatures of potential submerged pre-contact period archaeological sites.
