Concept of the Activity.

2. Seek for responses to the USAID questions.

3. Indicate if you are interested in submitting a proposal/application once the Request for Proposal/Notice of Funding Opportunity is issued by completing Annex 2:
Expression of Interest.

4. Provide USAID/RDMA your organization’s capability statementMore details of the RFI can be found from the attachment.This RFI is issued solely for planning purposes and accepts information from all interested organizations.
