The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to increase accountability of the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s (DRC) Inspection Générale

This project aims to deter police abuse by improving the capacity of the IGPNC to investigate and track allegations of PNC misconduct, as well as by promoting PNC guidelines on human rights and rule of law-centered policing to PNC officers.
