The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to design, implement, and evaluate a model for early attention, investigation, and prosecution of crimes associated


with gender-based violence (GBV).

This solicitation seeks proposals to strengthen the efforts to prevent femicides and gender-based violent crimes.
