Overview:
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to produce analysis and commentary products and convene experts for roundtable and public events.
The project requires a strong capacity to disseminate analysis to a diverse group of subject matter experts, high level stakeholders, and various influencers.Priority Region/Countries:

The political and security environment in Latin American and Caribbean countries can change quickly.
This reality, along with shifting Administration and Congressional priorities, requires that INL programming in the Western Hemisphere remain nimble.
Failure to keep up with changing societal and technology developments, while being mindful of historical perspectives, can make current criminal justice programming ineffective, wasting U. S. taxpayer money.
