The Environmental Studies Program (ESP) of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is offering an opportunity for cooperative agreement(s) to conduct research in topics that serve the public interest of safe and environmentally sound energy and mineral production on the nation¿s outer continental


shelf (OCS).

BOEM manages the exploration and development of the nation's offshore energy and mineral resources.

The Bureau seeks to balance economic development, energy independence, and environmental protection through oil and gas leases, renewable energy development and environmental reviews and studies.
