Access to Justice for the Juveniles in the Justice System: Opportunities for Judicial and Cultural Change - Phase III
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to:
Improve the capacity of the Poder Judicial Restorative Justice Office and the Public Defenders' Office to implement effective juvenile restorative justice mechanisms and procedures that promote youth's successful diversion from the adult penal system, alternatives to incarceration, reduce recidivism and facilitate successful reintegration into the community.
