Improve the capacity of the Poder Judicial Restorative Justice Office and the Public Defenders'


Office to implement effective juvenile restorative justice mechanisms and procedures that promote youth's successful diversion from the adult penal system, alternatives to incarceration, reduce recidivism and facilitate successful reintegration into the community.
