INL Projects Study to Improve Police Professionalization

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to study the impact of INL programming on Mexico’s internal affairs, CALEA accreditations, and countering

gender-based violence (GBV).

The analysis should address the extent to which these projects have promoted the goals of the Bicentennial Framework such as supporting safer communities and reducing homicides and high impact crimes.

Findings will help Mexico Law enforcement institutions to identify the necessary changes, strengths, and weaknesses following INL’s assistance.
