FY 2010 WIC EBT Planning Grant

In accordance with Public Law 111-80 (123 Stat.2113), the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) plans to award grant funds to WIC State agencies to support WIC Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) planning activities.

Grant funds will be awarded based on the viability of the project and completeness

of the application.

The award of funds under this RFA does not guarantee funding under future WIC EBT grant solicitations.

The purpose of the Planning Grant is to assist qualified State agencies with planning activities which will address the specific needs of individual State agencies to facilitate eventual EBT pilot implementation.
