The primary goal of the Community Led Monitoring (CLM) program is to assist

healthcare institutions and providers in identifying and addressing emerging or persistent issues, challenges, and barriers related to the delivery, uptake, and accessibility of HIV services at community and facility levels.

Through continuous monitoring and advocacy efforts, CLM aims to enhance the quality-of-service delivery and improve client outcomes by identifying data driven solutions that can overcome obstacles and ensure beneficiaries have access to and receive optimal client-centered HIV services.
