The purpose of this agreement is to address actions identified in the 2017 Prairie Pothole Joint Venture (PPJV) Implementation Plan and supplemental Montana State Tactical Plan.

The objectives are to produce tangible results in biological planning; project development and implementation; communications


and outreach; and monitoring, evaluation and research.
