Forest Finance and Investment Incubator
The "Forest Finance and Investment Incubator" Program, a cooperative agreement that will spur private sector financing of national and sub-national climate strategies.
The Forest Finance and Investment Incubator program will utilize existing strategies and developing country frameworks to assess readiness for the development of concrete financial investment plans for forests and other landscapes.
These investment plans will lead to the identification of mechanisms for investment from the U. S. forestry and agriculture sectors that mobilize financial resources for downstream forest activities and projects.
