The RFI is an attempt to reach out to themarket in an effort to determine the scope of industry capabilities and interest and will be treated as information only.The goals of this Request for Information (RFI) are to:
1. Gather information that may help USAID/Nigeria prepare an eventual solicitation(s) or Notice of Funding Opportunity(s) for an activity or activities to support the Government of Nigeria in the implementation of reading and access reforms in selected states; 2. Assess USAID’s assumptions about the efficacy of preliminary, proposed, and diverse strategies for systems support.
