Mechanisms of Inducing HIV Immunity in Early Life (MIEL) (U01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)
The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to support basic and applied research to define the mechanisms for establishing, developing and maintaining immunity to HIV in early life (from birth to less than 12 years of age), including the impact of prophylactic vaccination and broadly
neutralizing HIV antibodies (bNAbs) to protect against acquisition of HIV infection.
