San Francisco Bay Water Quality Improvement Fund, Fiscal Year 2023

EPA is soliciting applications to improve water quality and restore wetlands in San Francisco Bay and its watersheds.

A broad range of entities, as described in Section III.A, are eligible to submit applications under this announcement for projects within the nine Bay Area counties (Marin, Napa,


Sonoma, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and San Francisco.) Applications must fully describe the scope of the project, budget, and environmental results.

EPA will use the criteria described in Section V.

to evaluate eligible applications.
